Notify us of your new cafe!

One way to publicize your cafe is to let us know about it so that we can add it to one of the online schedules. And the more cafes we list, the more we can document how the movement is growing. So here is the information that we need:

1. Name of café, café's address, with city and state. Mentioning a local landmark or providing a minimal directions is also appropriate if needed.
2. The frequency of your cafe, e.g. "Thursdays" if it is weekly, or "1st and 3rd Wednesdays" if it is semimonthly.
3. The start and end time.
4. A contact person (first name only is OK) and indicate either a phone number or email address or both as the preferred contact method. You may also list contact informatiojn for cohosts.
5. Although not necessarily published on the schedule, we also need to know at least the primary host's full name, phone number and email address so that we can contact you if needed.

A typical entry will end up looking something like this:

Tucson, Café Q, 121 E. Broadway, 1st & 3rd Saturdays, 2-3:30 p.m.   ***Contact: Sanjay, 577-9642 or [email protected] OR Lucas, 520-722-4228 or [email protected]

Email us this schedule information to [email protected] and keep us updated at this same address if anything changes!

NOTE ABOUT RELATED DIALOGUE EVENTS: Even if you are not calling your event a Conversation Café because one or more of the essential elements is missing (e.g. you are not open to drop-in strangers, or you have modified some element of the process and agreements, etc.) we would still love to hear from you and post your event's description on our Cousins page.
